This is a work in progress, or better yet, just the beginning of a work in progess. There's not much right now, but I'll get a few things added soon.
I noticed that the layout gets a little messed up in some browsers, specifically old versions of Internet Explorer. I haven't figured out yet if that's a problem with the XHTML code or the CSS (ignore that if it doesn't make sense.) If you'd like to see this the way it was meant to be, I'd recommend changing from whichever browser you're currently using to Firefox - not only does the layout look better, but it's a much better web browser than Internet Explorer. (Whether it's better or worse than other browsers is open to debate.)
Back in 1995/1996, I thought about buying the rights to jp.com. But I already had a personal webpage, and wasn't sold on buying a personal domain. And then the internet boom happened. If I remember correctly, jp.com sold for a few million dollars, because jp is the country identifier for Japan. So, if I had planned things correctly, I'd be sitting on my own island (albeit a small one) somewhere, and still would have bought jponthe.net.
